As a new parent raising a little one, I understand how precious quality time with family is. That's why I started my own project—so I could build a business that gives me the flexibility to spend more time with my family while helping others do the same.

Whether it’s traveling the world or just a quick road trip to the next town, there’s nothing I love more than spending time with my husband, kids, and fur babies. It’s these moments that remind me of what truly matters. I also cherish cozy moments with friends and family, whether it’s curling up with a good book, watching movies, enjoying delicious food, having great conversations, or diving into a game night.

Originally from Costa Rica, I’ve called Arizona home for the last 20 years. And as someone who’s fully bilingual, I’m excited to offer my services in both English and Spanish—so I can help you boost your business no matter where you're located or what language you speak.

With over 2 decades of experience across diverse industries, I’ve dedicated my career to business management, marketing operations, and strategic planning. I’ve had the privilege of leading marketing departments, managing business operations, and creating actionable strategies that drive growth and efficiency for businesses of all sizes.

Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in areas such as social media marketing, campaign management, website redesign and optimization, reputation management, event planning, project management, and team recruitment. I have also developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs), systems integration, and conducted data analysis on KPIs and business metrics to improve operations and achieve business goals. Essentially, I help businesses become operationally successful.

A few years ago, I made the decision to leave the corporate world to focus on my family and embrace a new chapter as a foster mom and mother to an amazing little girl. During this time, I continued to apply my skills as a business management consultant for small businesses in need of project-based support rather than a full-time employee.

It was during this period that I realized what I’ve been doing all along—Online Business Management (OBM). I took the next step in my career by deepening my knowledge and acquiring the necessary tools and training to become fully OBM-certified. Now, with 25+ years of experience and specialized OBM skills, I’m here to help small businesses optimize operations, boost efficiency, and achieve their goals.
